At SCULPD, we believe returns shouldn't be a hassle - Just a graceful step in your style journey. If something didn't click, we'have got your back with a smooth and simple return experience.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We want you to be happy with your Sculpd purchase! You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To return an item, simply head over to the Orders Page in your account by logging In on our website and initiate the process there.
For your return to be accepted, please ensure your item meets the following conditions:
- It's unworn and unused, with the original tags still attached.
- It's in the original packaging.
Please note that final sale products and customised products cannot be returned. Returns requested by customers reported for return abuse will not be accepted.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Changed your mind about an order? No problem! Just send us an email at customercare@scupd.in within 24 hours of placing your order. However, please note that this only applies if your order hasn't been shipped/ processed yet. If it's already on its way or being processed, you'll need to follow our standard return policy.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
SCULPD does not offer cash refunds for returned items. Instead, we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of your purchase. You can use this credit to buy anything on our website. We will notify you once your return is processed and your credit is issued (within 1-2 business days). The credit will be valid for 1 year, so you have plenty of time to find something new you love!
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
