HOW TO RETURN THE DRESS?
We want you to be happy with your Sculpd purchase! You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To return an item, simply head over to the Orders Page on our website and initiate the process there.
For your return to be accepted, please ensure your item meets the following conditions:
- It's unworn and unused, with the original tags still attached.
- It's in the original packaging.
Please note that final sale products and customised products cannot be returned. Returns requested by customers reported for return abuse will not be accepted.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
we ship your order within 1-2 days . Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information along with Tracking Link. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
SCULPD does not offer cash refunds for returned items. Instead, we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of your purchase. You can use this credit to buy anything on our website. We will notify you once your return is processed and your credit is issued (within 1-2 business days). Please note a standard charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the credit. The credit will be valid for 1 year, so you have plenty of time to find something new you love!
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know by sending us an email or by filling our contact forms. we will work with you to make it right and find your right size.
